What information do you need to quote a project?
You can fax or e-mail your drawings, sketches, plans, media and size requirements to Shannon Graphics for a written quotation of our services. We will call you to discuss any additional information immediately.

What information do you need to start working on a project?
When you are ready to start the project, send a signed copy of the quotation, along with any required retainer, sketches, plans, elevations, sections, site plans, roof plans, colors, materials, textures and any photographs related to the project to Shannon Graphics. If we need additional material, we will call you immediately.

How long will my project take under a normal schedule?
The normal schedule for illustrations is two weeks from view approval and receipt of signed quotation. Multiple views or larger sizes may require more time. Table top models require from four to six weeks from receipt of retainer and signed quotation. Floor size models, highly complex models or special effects models may require more time. Call us early to reserve a time in the schedule and start the project as soon as possible. Your quotation will list the required time and/or retainer. The clock starts when you send us a signed quotation (and retainer, if necessary).

How much will my project cost under a normal schedule?
Every project is different. Our custom quotations are based on estimated time and materials to complete your project. Below is a table of "typical prices" for some of our products and services. Simple projects are less expensive and complex projects are more expensive. Call us for a ballpark estimate, or send us your drawings and specifications, and we will provide you with a written quotation.

Is Rush Service available if I need my project sooner than a normal schedule?
Rush Service is always available from Shannon Graphics. We will work around the clock, if necessary, to meet your needs.

How much will my project cost under a Rush Service schedule?
Rush Service prices are based on the amount of overtime necessary to complete your project. Call for exact prices but expect to pay about 50% extra for very short schedules.

What if I need to make changes during production or later?
Changes are billed at an hourly rate of $35.00 per hour. If the change results in invalidating the unfinished part of the project, we will prepare a quotation.
