It all starts in much the same way all our renderings start: we model the project in our computers in true 3-D, so you can quickly choose the view you want rendered. After you approve the view, we sketch in other details such as landscaping and other entourage, and fax the sketch to you for final approval. Once we receive the final approval, then the bargain begins.

First, we do one copy of the final view in our Pen and Ink illustration style. This black and white illustration style is ideal for newspaper ads, small brochures and other monochrome publications. Then we take another larger or same size copy, and create an identical rendering, with one major difference: live, brilliant color. If you're planning a presentation, think about using the color illustration as the focal point of your presentation, then publishing the black and white illustration in supplementary pass-out materials.
