We start the same way we do with all our other projects, computer modeling your project in true 3-D, so you can quickly determine the exact view you want detailed. We then hand-detail the view with landscaping and other entourage, to show you how they relate to the view. After we receive your final approval, then we complete the rendering and send it to you overnight. Remember, if you ever need prints of the rendering at a later date, we photograph every rendering we send out, so you can order them from us at any time, whether that be two weeks later or two years later.

When we paint your actual project, we paint it using the same techniques we use with our Full Painted renderings. This means that your project looks as photo-realistic as any hand-drawn illustration can look. However, when it comes to the surrounding details, they seem to blend into the background. While you can still see the relationship between your project and the surrounding area, the observers' eyes will all focus on your project, and not distracted by the surroundings. If you're working on a so-called "downtown project," where unsightly or uninteresting conditions exist, you can see how this technique would be beneficial.
